The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.298 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 188, 269, 270, 271 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the condition that petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Sitamarhi.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

However, before accepting bail bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Sitamarhi.
