JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-09-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54211 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish the bail bonds on time.

Considering the fact that anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed on 08.04.2022 whereas the present modification petition has been filed 08.08.2023,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60381 of 2023(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 this Court is not inclined to modify the order 08.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54211 of 2021.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
