ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 1.9.2015 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 517 of 2009 arising out of Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2009. Having considered the facts, I think it would be necessary for the Trial Court to summon the Doctor who had examined the injuries of the Petitioner for a just decision of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52178 of 2015 dt.15-03-2016 2/2 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
