Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 255 of 2016 registered under Sections- 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is counter blast of Jairampur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 lodged by the present petitioner. Charge has been framed in the case on 16th January, 2017.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail, which was rejected vide order dated 28.01.2017 (Cr. Misc. No. 54865 of 2016) with liberty to the petitioner to renew his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11207 of 2017 (3) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 prayer after framing of charge.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 255 of 2016.
