The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rohtas P.S. Case No.125 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that on search, 10 litres country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The petitioner had no knowledge about liquor kept in his house.

Having considered the fact that 10 litres country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
