JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. For issuance in the nature of certiorari quashing the order passed by Office of District Magistrate cum Collector, Kishanganj for departmental proceeding against the petitioner and others on 20.12.2021 by letter no.-434. Petitioner appeared with explanation in departmental proceeding.

II. For issuance in the nature of certiorari

Patna High Court CWJC No.14348 of 2022(2) dt.13-02-2024 2/3 quashing the investigation report regarding the petitioner which is done according to direction of Hon'ble High Court in C.W.J.C No.- 8908/2011 (Uma Shanker V/S State of Bihar & ors) challenge the advertisement no.02/1999 whereby respondents appointing authority appointed 143 candidate as 4th grade employees in Kishanganj District. After order of Hon'ble High Court, said appointment completed.

III. It is further prayed that may kindly direct the vigilance department as well as other respondents not taken any coercive step against the petitioner till this case.

IV. It is also prayed that Hon'ble court may directed to merge the similar squarely covered cases. And also directed to vigilance department who acquitted candidates who have same allegation like petitioner, to remove the charge of petitioner having same allegation."

At the outset, though the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to participate in the departmental proceeding initiated by the District Magistrate, Kishanganj, however, submits that the disciplinary authority be directed to expedite the matter and conclude the

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
