The petitioner seeks bail in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 273/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner is the auto driver of auto-rickshaw bearing registration no. BR 10PA-4765 and on search about 50 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the said auto-rickshaw.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 17.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10930 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 273/2016.
