JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file show cause reply in connection with encroachment case no. 29/2019-20, before the Circle Officer, Bhabhua, District-Kaimur i.e. the Respondent No. 5. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
It is needless to state that the petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate show cause reply before the Circle Officer, Bhabhua, DistrictKaimur i.e. the Respondent No. 5, within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the Respondent No. 5 shall take appropriate final decision, after considering the show cause reply to be filed by the petitioners and pass necessary final order in accordance with the provisions contained in the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter. Till the passing of the final order by the

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
