JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2017 The petitioners in the present writ application have sought for direction upon the respondents authorities to release the current salary as well as the arrears of salary. It has further been submitted that the relief sought for in the present writ application has already been decided by the Apex Court.
The petitioners are directed to file a representation enclosing all the documents before the Respondent No.4 i.e. The Vice Chancellor, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo
Patna High Court CWJC No.10624 of 2011(16) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 Nagar, Madhepura. The Respondent No.4 shall consider the representation of the petitioners and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
