In above view of the matter, the present writ petition has abated and is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, if the heirs and legal representatives of deceased petitioner have any valid grievance, then they shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of their such grievances, which it is expected shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
