2. The petitioner, one of the aspirants for being considered for being engaged as Aanganwari Sevika at the concerned Aanganwari centre, has approached this Court for a direction to the concerned authority to complete the process of selection which though began in right earnest but has been left midway.
3. Pursuant to an advertisement which was issued in the year 2018, the petitioner and others applied for being selected for such post. A merit list was prepared in
Patna High Court CWJC No.16394 of 2019 dt.23-08-2019 2/2 which the petitioner has been placed at Serial No. 1. However the stage of the recruitment process has not proceeded beyond the preparation of the merit panel.
4. The petitioner under the aforesaid circumstances is directed to make a complaint before the Child Development Project Officer, Kaler, Arwal (respondent no. 5) within a period of two weeks from today, who, on verification of the facts shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and shall also communicate the petitioner of the decision taken in that regard.
5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
