Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Section 38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation is of recovery of huge quantity of liquor.
After hearing the parties and considering the facts and circumstances, especially the statement of the petitioners that they have got no such criminal antecedent, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of four months of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16804 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017, with condition that petitioners shall file undertaking at the time of furnishing of the bail-bond before the Court-below that they would not indulge themselves in such activity otherwise the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
