1. The petitioner has filed the present application for modification of the order dated 20.06.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2623 of 2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 7272 of 2016 to the extent that in 4th and 5th line of paragraph no. 02 of the said order it has

Patna High Court MJC No.2574 of 2024(4) dt.08-05-2026 2/3 inadvertently been typed as "the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of termination from the post of Panchayat Teacher has been dismissed" rather it should be "the appeal filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondents to appoint him on the place of respondent no. 12 has been dismissed and further petitioner's prayer in C.W.J.C. No. 7272 of 2016 is to quash the order dated 08.05.2013 and order dated 07.12.2015 passed by learned District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur (Ara) in Appeal No. 222 / 10 / 97 / 12 and Appeal No. 50 / 2014".

In CWJC No. 7272 of 2016 the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 08.05.2013 passed by District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority Bhojpur (Ara) in Appeal No. 222 /
