The petitioner seeks bail in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 412 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that Police arrested six persons as named in the written report on suspicion that they assembled for committing loot-pat.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been arrested on spot. The name of petitioner has been disclosed by other co-accused who have been arrested by the Police.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.4.2019 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Chamapran, Motihari, in connection with Chakiya P.S.
