This Criminal Miscellaneous has been filed for modification in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 22467 of 2016 and also in the order dated 24.05.2016 to the effect that father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as Ghamandi Singh which should be Late Ram Sharan Singh.

The petitioner is permitted to make correction in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 22467 of 2016. Accordingly, the order dated 24.05.2016 is modified to the extent that in the description of the accused in place Bakhori Singh son of Late Ghamandi Singh, Bakhori Singh son of Late Ram Sharan Singh be read.
