JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Perused the order passed by the court below dated 16.09.2013 in Miscellaneous Case No. 20 of 2013, whereby the Court below rejected the transfer application filed under Section 24 of the C.P.C.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that only ground taken by the petitioner for transfer of Title Suit No. 62 of 2008 is that on 06.12.2012, the petitioner filed application for adjournment which was rejected by the Court below. The District Judge on that ground refused to transfer the case from the Court concerned to another Court.

In such view of the matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Thus this writ application is dismissed.
