Though, the present application was filed on behalf of the petitioner being husband of the informant in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 323, 494, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by Mr. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that at present he has no instruction.

The basic accusation is of torture and performance of second marriage.

Considering the nature of accusation and the submission of the learned counsels for the parties since he has no instruction, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed in connection with Patepur P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54478 of 2015 (4) dt.21-07-2016 No. 03 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
