JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307,337,338,427,353,295,120B and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and only omnibus allegation has been alleged against him and other similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail by the court below itself.

In view of the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and that other co-accused have already been released by the court below itself, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49929 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure also with condition that the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation as well as in the trial.
