Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 526 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire amount said to have been collected from the students as examination fee and admission fee was kept by the informant himself and got the signature of the petitioner on attendance register and daily collection register by putting pressure upon the petitioner.
