The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was some misunderstanding between the parties, which has been sorted out and a compromise petition has also been filed.
