The petitioner is accused in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 229 of 2016, registered under Section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. On recovery of one unknown dead body Ghosi P.S. Case No. 229 of 2016 was instituted, under Section 302/201 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act against unknown. In course of investigation, the dead body was identified as Ritu Raj son of Ram Kishore Prasad Singh, who said about having hand of this petitioner in the occurrence as he was Director of the coaching institute of the deceased. Later on, the location of the mobile of the petitioner was also found near the place of occurrence.

No.12255 of 2017 (2) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the petitioner was the Director of the coaching institute of the deceased, but he was removed to coaching institute due to differences of payment of salary. Due to that reason, the petitioner has been implicated in this case by his father only on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 26.08.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 229 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
