The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No.175 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 326, 307, 379/34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ms. Juhi Kumari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners with reference to Annexure-2 submits that there are case and counter case in between the parties and which may have resulted in some kind of injury but not as described in the FIR.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not persuaded to consider the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail and this application is accordingly disposed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52465 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its merits without being prejudiced by this order.
