At the time of passing order for issuance of notice i.e. on 04-07-2014 also, there was non-appearance on behalf of petitioners. Thereafter, on last date i.e. on 10-11-2016, on the prayer made on behalf of petitioners, the case was adjourned and today, there is nonappearance. The petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution. In view of dismissal of this petition, interim order of stay dated 04-07-2014 stands vacated.
