The case is registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is case and counter case. Learned counsel further submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that she was supplying Lathi to the other accused persons. The petitioner is a lady and no overt act has been alleged against her. Heard learned APP appearing for the State who opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and no overt act has been alleged against her, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50406 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 named in the event of her arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 39/2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and further that the petitioner will cooperate with the investigation of case.
