Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9765 of 2017 (3) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 The informant was telephonically conveyed that the petitioners have committed murder of his son Lutan Manjhi. Submission of the petitioners is that case-diary would reveal that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence nor the informant disclosed the name of his informer. Considering the fact that only suspicion is there against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad, in connection with S.T. No. 130 of 2016, arising out of Kinjar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014, with condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
