In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354 (b), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, allegation has been made that Seema Devi was sitting at her door. In the meantime, accused persons named in FIR came to her door and started abusing and pulled

It has further been alleged that Harindra, Sikendra and Hari Ram torn her blouse and made her half naked. On raising alarm, family members came then Hari Ram inflicted farsa on the head of Sanhu Ram as a result of which he became unconscious and also caused fracture injury in his hand by assaulting with iron road. Anup Ram was also assaulted, on that account, he became unconscious. Villagers assembled, started pelting stones, police came and they were brought to hospital.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been lodged after ten days from the date of the alleged incident.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed and they, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 Cr. PC and also subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a
