(i) To issue an appropriate writ/order /direction commanding the Respondents to allow the Petitioners to join as Constable in Bihar Police on their selection made pursuant to the Advertisement No.01 of 2017 issued by the Central Selection Board (Constable Appointment) on 29.07.2017 after setting aside the order dated 09.9.2021 passed by Central Selection Board whereby the Chairman has wrongly rejected the application of this petitioners made in pursuance to the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18695/2018.

(ii) To issue an appropriate writ/order /direction commanding the Respondents to re-measure the heights of the petitioners if at all required by electronic device in the manner it was done at the time of selection."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent
