2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 385, 379, 504, 506, 34 of IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence this petitioner along with 4-5 unknown persons surrounded the informant nearby the house of Umashankar Mallik and stabbed dagger into the left-side belly of informant and brutally assaulted him with kicks, fists and slaps and took away a golden chain from his neck .

4. It is submitted that both the parties are friends and due to petty dispute this petitioner has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55154 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 this case. The injury as alleged in the FIR is not caused by this petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents out of which two is of similar nature.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
