The petitioner is accused in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 451 of 2016, registered under Section 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioner being a teacher used to visit the house of the informant for the purpose of teaching the niece of the informant and in that course the petitioner kidnapped the niece of the informant with the help of his other family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the niece of the informant left the house of the informant according to her sweet will and performed marriage with this

No.13433 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 petitioner in the temple, but on the pressure, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. stated that this petitioner enticed away her and performed marriage in a temple, from where he was apprehended by the Police. Further submission is that after investigation, Chargesheet has been submitted by the I.O of this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 28.10.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 451 of 2016.
