This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 21-06-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7454 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as he was suffering from jaundice from 30-06-2017 to 30-11-2017 as per medical report enclosed with this petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. In the event, petitioner surrenders in the court below, within the aforesaid period, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4024 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 petitioner will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 21-06-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7454 of 2017.

It is made clear that no further extension of time will be given to the petitioner for surrender.

This modification application is, accordingly, disposed off.
