JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 The only prayer made by the writ petitioner in the present writ petition is regarding the respondents not giving any work to the petitioner on account of pendency of the criminal case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already been acquitted of the criminal case. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to the approach the respondent no. 3 along with a copy of the judgment passed by the learned trial court in the criminal case whereby and where under the petitioner has been acquitted and the respondent no. 3 shall consider the same and after hearing the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.11670 of 2010 (6) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 herein pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks' thereafter.
