Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on missing of Simran Kumari, the daughter of the informant. Victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not named this petitioner. She has disclosed that though she left the house along with Amrita and Saurabh, however, on the way some other accused joined and one accused established physical relationship with her and was insisting for marriage.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been

No.9111 of 2017 (4) dt.28-03-2017 named by the victim, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif/Successor Court, in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.232 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
