This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Sheohar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016, disclosing offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence as alleged, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.
