Having regard to the nature of allegation made by the petitioner with regard to the alleged missing of her minor daughter, this Court is of the view that the investigation into Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 303/14 under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code needs to be properly and effectively carried out. Considering, therefore, the matter in its entirety and in the interest of justice, this writ petition is closed with directions to
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.622 of 2015 (7) dt.06-11-2015 the respondents, particularly, respondent No.4, the SHO, Jakkanpur Police Station, Patna, to investigate the case aforementioned effectively so that the justice is done to the petitioner.
Respondent No.2, namely, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is hereby directed to ensure that the investigation of the case aforementioned is carried out in accordance with law and the same is brought to its logical conclusion. With the above observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
