This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2016. The petitioner was taken into custody on suspicion. However, he was not put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner to refuse regular bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Jitendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, or successor Court.
