This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Keshariya P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 447, 386, 387, 379, 298, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44603 of 2016 (2) dt.27-10-2016 2/2 Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that petitioner No. 1 has criminal antecedent, as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application, considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners, above named, the privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
