2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9727 of 2016 arising out of Cr. Misc. No. 27584 of 2015 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with the additional condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs. 1000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by opposite party no. 2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.

3. Having heard the petitioner, this Court is not satisfied that any ground has been made out for modification of the order dated 30.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9727 of 2016. This application accordingly stands dismissed.
