The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rudrapur PS case no. 33 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased on account of the deceased having illicit relation with the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if at all any strong motive is attributable, it is against the accused Kanhaiya Chaupal, however there is no reason for the petitioner to have even otherwise murdered the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady, having clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 08.04.2019.

No.50278 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that the petitioner is lady and is also having small children, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Rudrapur PS case no. 33 of 2019.
