The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the informant has alleged that on 14.10.2018 at about 9.47 a.m. at the time of opening of CSP Branch of IDFC Bank, Sahebganj, three unknown criminals were standing and out of three criminals one criminal surrounded him on the point of pistol and snatched Rs.2,10,000/- cash from him and they all fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50993 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 named in the F.I.R. His name has transpired in the present case on his self confession. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on T.I.P.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. case No.380 of 2018.
