The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/353/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was identified among the mob, which committed rioting and disturbance in peaceful election at the polling booth.

Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
