This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30(a) and 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

One liter of liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The impugned order does not reveal that any other material was there against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Alam Nagar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhapura, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
