ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the all private Opposite Parties by an order dated 27.1.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in A.B. No. 1386 of 2014 arising out of Sare P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014.
I find that the Private Opposite Parties threatened the Informant on account of which another case was instituted. In such circumstances, evindently, a fit case for cancellation of bail is made out.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8465 of 2015 (3) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 Hence, the application is allowed and the anticipatory bail granted to the Private Opposite Parties by an order dated 27.1.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in A.B. No. 1386 of 2014 arising out of Sare P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014, is hereby, cancelled.
The Private Opposite Parties are directed to immediately surrender in the Court below failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring their arrest. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
