2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town Hajipur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants stopped the motorcycle of the informant's brother and shot him on right side of his dead, due to which the informant's brother died at the place of occurrence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not

He submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., the name of the petitioner transpired in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of one Rishu Kumar recorded in another case i.e. Sarai P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024. The petitioner has seven criminal antecedents as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case and nature of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
