JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 110/2017, registered under Sections 114, 290, 370, 354, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On receiving secret information about flesh trade in the S.K. Residential Hotel, the police reached there, from where, the petitioner and one girl were found in room no. 02. Similarly, Rahul Kumar Chandra was also found in room no. 05 along with a lady in objectionable condition and Nitish Kumar was also found in another room, whereas three ladies were also found in a room in objectionable condition.

Submission is that the lady, who is said to be present

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17822 of 2017 (3) dt.04-05-2017 in the room with the petitioner, was aged about 30 years and she has not made any complaint against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.02.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Sonu Kumar, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 110/2017.
