JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances of the petitioner in respect of fixation of pension and payment of arrears of pension have already been redressed by the respondents during the pendency of the writ petition. He seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition in order to file another writ petition so far as the claim of arrears of salary of certain period is concerned.
