JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Reports of District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police are available on record and it appears that seven witnesses have been examined in this case and one remains to be examined. It further appears that in the meantime one accused is in Chapra jail and another is Darbhanga jail and in their absence the victim could not be examined.

In such view of the matter, learned trial court to issue production warrant against the accused who are in Chapra jail and Darbhanga jail.

The District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, East Champaran are directed to see that the accused are produced before the court on the date fixed so that the trial be concluded within six months.
