The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sugouli P.S. Case No. 418 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 429, 406, 342, 323, 504, 384, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no case is made out under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Case against the petitioner as it is a dispute involving sale and purchase of land. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the opposite party no. 2 has refused to accept the notice despite service of notice, let the petitioner above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31190 of 2015 (4) dt.09-11-2015 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran, Sugauli, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 418 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
