JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 The present writ application has been filed seeking a direction for setting aside the order contained in Memo No.03 dated 21.02.2012 passed by the Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj Dumar, Block Sameli, District Katihar, which was passed in pursuance to the Memo No.130 dated 17.01.2012 passed by the District Education Officer, Katihar, by which the petitioner was terminated from the post of Panchayat Teacher from Primary School, Dhangar Tola, Dumar, Block Sameli, District Katihar. In paragraphs 11 and 12 of the counter affidavit, it has been stated that after re-verification of the experience

Patna High Court CWJC No.7862 of 2014 (2) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 certificate it was found to be genuine, accordingly a direction has been issued by the District Education Officer vide letter No.2827 dated 13.10.2015 for re-employment of the petitioner. In pursuance to the said letter, the Panchayat Secretary vide Letter No.34 dated 14.12.2015 has re-employed the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher and posted at Primary School, Dhangar Tola, Dumar, District Katihar.

There is no substantive relief to be granted further in the present case, in the light of the submissions made in the counter affidavit of the respondents.

The present writ application stands disposed of in the light of the submissions made in the counter affidavit of the respondents.
