1. The limited prayer, made by the petitioner, in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Karahgar, District-Rohtas, to conclude the proceedings, pertaining to Encroachment Case No.03 of 2023-24.

2. The learned counsel for respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid encroachment proceeding has not been taken to its logical conclusion, the same shall definitely be concluded, within a fixed time frame.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer, made by the petitioner, in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Karahgar, District-Rohtas, to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No.03 of 2023-24, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six
