The petitioner seeks bail in Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 404 of 2016 registered under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the possession of the petitioner, 50 liters of Indian made foreign liquor and country made liquor were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
